The fiber optical rotary joint (FORJ) enables the contactless transmission of signals - regardless of the data protocol used. The use of high-quality collimators guarantees optimum values for insertion loss and return loss.

The single-channel FORJ, which has an integrated mounting flange, has a maximum outer diameter of 33 mm and an overall length of 72.5 mm. The FORJ rotary joint is available both as Multimode (OM1, OM4) and as Singlemode. In addition, various connector types and fiber lengths (up to 2 or 4 meters) can be configured.

The FORJ rotary transmitter is designed for speeds of up to 2,000 rpm and has an impressive service life of over 200 million revolutions. It is insensitive to electromagnetic influences (EMC) and has IP50 certification. Reliable performance is guaranteed in ambient temperatures between -20 °C and +60 °C.
