Through Bore Slip Rings

The inner diameter of through bore slip rings allows an easy mounting on a shaft. These slip rings are the ideal solution for rotary transmission requirements on machine tools, revolving doors, rotary tables, robotic arms and much more. The maintenance-free slip rings combine a compact design with impressive performance and are available immediately!
The MAVERICK series offers various models that differ in their dimensions, the number of transmission paths and the transmittable current and voltage values.
All models can be rotated at up to 300 rpm and meet the requirements of protection class IP50. Thanks to the cable length of 250 mm each on the rotor and stator, the slip rings can be easily connected to existing systems.

In the example picture, a MAVERICK is mounted on a rotating shaft.
Four grub screws connect the rotor to the shaft, which is passed through the inner diameter.
There are several mounting options on the stator in order to integrate the supplied bracket into a customer-supplied holdfast to prevent it from rotating.

The MAVERICK series impresses thanks to its versatility. It transmits power, data and signals and is used in the following areas, among others:

Installation of a MAVERICK slip ring

Turning center (rotor):
It is mounted on the shaft by tightening the four grub screws.
The rotating inner part of the MAVERICK is then driven by the shaft.

Outer housing (stator):
The outer housing of the MAVERICK is secured against rotation by the bracket supplied. A customer-supplied holdfast must be installed for this purpose.
The orientation of the bracket can be selected according to customer preference:
The MAVERICK offers two mounting options on the top and two on the bottom.
