This fiber optic rotary joint uses multi-mode OM1 fibers (ISO/IEC 11801, G62.5/125 µm) – the classic and widely used multi-mode variant with a core diameter of 62.5 µm. Particularly advantageous for integration into existing OM1 infrastructure. With an insertion loss of < 2.0 dB at 850/1300 nm and LC/PC connectors (106024 series), this FORJ is the economical choice for standard multi-mode applications.
Bespoke fiber lengths (0.5 m to 2.0 m) and alternative connector types are available upon request. Please let us know what your specific needs are.
