This MIA slip ring combines Ethernet data transmission with an integrated rotary joint for a medium – a compact combination for applications that require both network communication and the transfer of air or water (1-channel, 1/4", up to 10 bar). The Ethernet-functional data unit (100Base-TX, Cat5e) is suitable for all Ethernet-based protocols and through shielding offers a high level of transmission reliability in electromagnetically demanding environments.

All MIA slip rings are designed for continuous operation and are completely maintenance-free. They are delivered with open cable ends so that you can install the connectors required.

The Gigabit Ethernet unit opens up a new dimension in the field of contacting data transmission. There is no adaptation, user-defined customization, or special ESD treatment required – simply plug and play: With the M12 circular connector: CAT6A har-speed with female panel mount connector. This device is available as an independent unit but can also be coupled to an MIA slip ring or a power unit.
